Can we exist without a smartphone in the very near future?

This Thursday, Keith Scott (Scotty) – our Android “guru” – discusses the advantages and disadvantages of using a smartphone. Like all tools, it can be used for good and bad. If you are lost, your smartphone can tell you, or others, where you are – on the other hand unscrupulous governments can use them to track its citizens. Many apps can add to your quality of life, but others can lead to addictive and anti-social behaviour. Some people refuse to have smartphones – what are they missing out on? Should we love them or hate them? Do we have a choice?
