The secrets of Googling successfully

This is our presentation topic for Thursday April 7th. Do you have difficulty finding what you’re looking for on the Internet? For example, information about a book, a car, a herb, a country? What about trying to identify a flower, or the name of something in Japanese, or a piece of music? Perhaps you’re searching for an unusual gadget to buy or interested in booking accommodation in southern Spain? Some people are really skilled at searching the Web, others struggle. This week Chris B-J leads the discussion, encouraging members to share hints and tips to make internet searches quicker and more comprehensive, whether they are using Google, or Bing or even Duck Duck Go (Scotty’s preferred search engine!)
