| On Thursday, 2 June we will hold a Platinum Jubilee Celebration for Elizabeth II, who has been the Queen of the United Kingdom and 14 other realms for the past 70 years. The Queen’s Birthday Parade will be held this day starting at 11am so it will be apt for us to join with those in the UK on this day, hopefully using the 21st century wonders of live streaming to enjoy the event. |
| We will still have drinks and nibbles as usual but we will also have some cake and raise a toast to Her Majesty the Queen to mark this historic occasion. Republicans welcome and Chris will entertain with a few video clips of technology in the 1950’s! |
