The Impact of AI in higher education

On Thursday. June 11th, guest speaker, Grant Douglas will discuss the impact Artificial Intelligence has had on higher education in recent years. Grant is a senior professor of practice and the intercultural track coordinator at IÉSEG School of Management, where he co-directs the IÉSEG Center for Intercultural Engagement (ICIE). With over 20 years of experience in developing international and intercultural study and training programs, Grant has recently expanded his focus to include diversity and inclusion in higher education. He is vice-president of SIETAR France, a board member of SIETAR Europa, and an elected member of the IACCM council.

In this talk, Grant will discuss the significant impact of artificial intelligence on higher education over the past two years. He will highlight the challenges faced by educators and institutions, and explore how AI is reshaping teaching and evaluation methods, emphasizing the positive potential of these technologies.
