The AI explosion and how it will transition from the digital into the real world

This Thursday, 17 October, guest speaker and AI enthusiast Bill Pole will talk about the explosion of AI into the public consciousness in November 2022 with the launch of chat GPT. He will look at some of the main developments in AI since then in terms of language, reasoning, text-based skills, video and image-based skills, and music-based skills (with examples and hopefully live demos). Finally, there’ll be a discussion of use cases for AI in the near to medium future, and how AI will transition from the digital world into the real world.
