On Monday 2 February Margaret presented vouchers for Amazon and M&S, as we all know Jacki is an avid internet shopper for gadgets and clothes!
We were sorry when Jacki stepped down as Secretary last year but ater 11 years, she decided it was time for a change and a rest. We have very much appreciated all the hard work she has put in for the Club especially over the last couple of years which has seen many challenges to be overcome.
Jacki wrote “I just want to reiterate my thanks to the JCC committee for your generosity with my gifts this morning, which I am extremely grateful for, and very much appreciate.
It was only now that I have come home and opened the envelope again that I have discovered a new membership card showing that I have been granted Honorary Membership – now I really do feel flattered, thank you so much.
I know I have been absent from the club recently, but I am hoping that I will now feel able to start returning again – I have missed it so much.
Of course, if I can be of any help in the future, I am more than happy to be of assistance.”
