The data that the Club holds is limited to that provided by the Member when they applied for Membership.

That data was/is:  Name/ Phone number/Email address/ Town where living.

The data is used by the Club solely in connection with running the Club as follows:

  • Name: for the Club’s list of Members.
  • Phone Number: to contact you quickly if needed and for the WhatsApp group (optional)
  • Email address: for delivery of official information such as Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a weekly Newsletter.

We do not provide any information to 3rd parties nor to other Members without the Member’s explicit agreement.

Access to data is restricted to authorised users.

The data is required for the Club’s Membership list which is used at the Cash Desk to confirm each attendee’s Membership status and is maintained for the length of time that the Member retains that membership. If the membership is not renewed, the Member’s data may be removed from the Club’s database after the end of the membership year. Historic Member’s data will be removed on request.

It is the Members’ responsibility to keep the data up to date and current. The Club will update their records accordingly and delete previous data.
